Terms and Conditions for Free Waste Water Treatment Plant Commissioning

We cordially invite our valued customers to take advantage of our complimentary commissioning service, exclusively applicable to the One2Clean 5-18PE and Klaro 5-40PE domestic treatment plants.

This no-cost service not only ensures that your wastewater treatment plant is appropriately configured from inception but also bestows an extended warranty on your plant, eclipsing all previous offers.

It is our promise to give you an added level of reassurance and the peace of mind that your system is in optimal working condition from the very outset. What does a commissioning include?

• Visual check of the system. This includes the tank, compressor and control panel.
• Ensure all parts of the system are installed as per installation instructions.
• Test all running parts of the system to ensure they're working as designed.
• Check for additional accessories to ensure they're working as designed.
• Talk about how the system works with the homeowner.

Terms

Eligibility - The free commissioning offer is available only for the One2Clean 5-18PE and Klaro 5-29PE domestic treatment plants purchased directly from Freeflush PE = population.

Duration - The offer is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Customers must schedule their commissioning service within this period.

Registration - Customers must complete and submit the pre-commissioning form within 14 days of purchase to validate the free commissioning offer.

Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with UK law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

Liability - Freeflush shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from a lack of regular maintenance, misuse of the plant, or alterations made post-commissioning by non-Freeflush personnel.

Availability - Commissioning service is subject to availability and will be performed during regular business hours. Requests for service outside of these hours may incur additional charges.

Warranty Extension - The extended warranty applies from the date of commissioning and supersedes all prior warranty offers. The warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser.

Amendments - Freeflush reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. All changes will be communicated via our official website.

Cancellation - If the customer cancels the commissioning appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may apply.
